How It Works
From “what does this need” to “it’s done” — here’s the process.

1
Send us the document and destination
Email or bring in the document and tell us which country (or institution) it’s going to. We check whether it needs notarization, Global Affairs Canada authentication, an apostille, a certified true copy, or some combination — and whether the destination country is a Hague Apostille member.

2
We confirm price and turnaround
Cost and timeline depend on the document type, whether it needs provincial pre-certification before the federal step, and whether you choose standard processing or expedited hand-delivery. We confirm both before you commit to anything.

3
Notarization happens in-office
If your document needs a notary’s signature and seal, that part is done in person — bring the unsigned document and one piece of valid government-issued photo ID. Sign in front of the notary, not before.

4
Authentication and apostille are submitted and tracked
We hand-deliver the submission to Global Affairs Canada and track it through to completion, rather than leaving it in the mail queue. If your destination requires consular legalization after authentication, we coordinate that step too.

5
You receive the finished document
Your completed document is returned to you by courier or in person, ready to submit to the institution, employer, or government office that requested it.
